New Features & Enhancements

Redesigned Modify Deal Workspace

The Modify Deal workspace features a complete redesign with a streamlined 4-step workflow: Terms, Add Assets, Remove/Reduce Assets, and Summary.

What's New:

  • Step-by-step navigation with progress indicators and flexible step skipping
  • Date of Modification field now appears at the top of the Terms step before any other changes are done.
  • Modernized Terms tab layout consistent throughout LeaseAccelerator
  • Comprehensive before/after summary view to review all changes before submitting

This simplifies the deal modification process with improved navigation and clearer visual presentation of changes. For more details on Modify Deal Workspace, see Modify Deal Workspace - Product Advisory

Accrued Interest Column in Maturity Analysis Report

The Maturity Analysis Report now includes a new column displaying accrued interest from lease inception through the report AsAt date for finance leases.

What's New:

  • Detail tab: Accrued interest column appears next to Remaining Liability Balance
  • Summary tab: Accrued interest summation added as a row in the Reconciliation section
  • Accrued interest amount is automatically included in Remaining Liability Balance totals.

Accrued Interest Column in Quantitative Analysis Report

The Quantitative Analysis Report now includes a new column displaying accrued interest from lease inception through the report AsAt date for finance leases.This accrued interest is also added into the Total Remaining Liability. For details on data validation and alignment with existing accounting reports, refer to the Quantitative Analysis Report - Product Advisory .

New Design Studio Report: Deal Snapshot

A new Design Studio template is now available featuring key schedule-level attributes as of the report generation date.

What's New:

  • 2-page report supported by the BVDealAttributes Business View
  • Includes most popular schedule-level attributes
  • Values validated against Deal Summary and operational reports (Portfolio Transaction, Operational Payment)
  • Additional attributes can be added through the associated Business View
  • Located under the Design Studio tile in the Reporting workspace

Enhanced Report Performance with V2 Conversions

As part of ongoing performance improvements, two additional reports have been migrated to an enhanced platform:

  • User Activity Log (now User Activity Log V2)
  • Transaction Report

What’s New:

  • Reports are available alongside their original versions within the Reporting – Change Management and Portfolio tiles
  • Updated to align with the standard V2 report format and appearance
  • Reports are non-editable to ensure consistency

Note: The Transaction Report date fields now auto-populate and should be adjusted to your preferred date range.

Streamlined Deal Analysis Report

The Deal Analysis Report no longer displays unnecessary zero rows at the bottom of the Amortization Schedule (Fiscal) tab. This offers a cleaner report output with improved readability.

Retired Contractual Obligations BI Report

The BI version of the Contractual Obligations Report has been removed. The original excel versions of the Contractual Obligations and ConObs Summary reports remain available.

Redesigned PAR Analysis Workspace

The PAR workspace has been completely redesigned to improve usability when working with multiple lessors, proposals, terms, and EOT options. This streamlined interface makes it easier to manage complex PAR scenarios and improves operational efficiency for both lessors and LA Staff while maintaining data integrity and audit compliance.

What's New:

  • Filter relocated to the top of the scenario section
  • Reorganized layout flows logically based on PAR report generation needs
  • Accordion sections: Scenarios, Parameters, Equipment Costs, Documents
  • Scenarios section expanded by default
  • Reduced clutter for clearer workflow

Modernized Bulk Import Interface

The Bulk Import workspace has been redesigned with insightsoftware design system standards for improved usability, offering a more intuitive import experience with clearer error messaging.

What's New:

  • Cleaner layout with dropdowns for Import Group and Import Name
  • File selection input aligned with dropdowns for consistent presentation
  • Visual error indicators: red circle (errors), yellow triangle (warnings)
  • Checkbox selection in table header row (replaces separate Select/Deselect All buttons)

Enhanced SFTP Encryption Support

LeaseAccelerator's SFTP integration now supports modern encryption algorithms, ensuring compatibility with current security standards and providing an uninterrupted transfer of ledger export files and other SFTP-based integrations.

What's New:

  • Updated algorithm support for secure file transfers
  • Compatible with modern customer SFTP server configurations
  • Eliminates authentication failures caused by algorithm incompatibility

Product Improvements

BYOR User Admin Report - Search Record Activity

The BYOR User Admin report now correctly excludes Contact Management search record increases from modification tracking. Previously, increases to the number of search records within the Contact Management screen were incorrectly classified as user modifications.

BYOR User Admin Report - Retired User Display

The BYOR User Admin report no longer incorrectly shows modifications for previously retired users. Previously, the report could display modification activity for retired user accounts.

Payment Display After Modifications

Payment amounts on the Deal Summary payment schedule now display correctly immediately after performing a modification. Previously, payments sometimes appeared as doubled or tripled amounts briefly before correcting after a page refresh.
