Step 1: Terms

The Terms tab displays existing terms (top) and renegotiated terms (bottom) for easy comparison of what's changing.

Setting the Date of Modification

The Date of Modification field is now located at the top of the Renegotiated Terms section for easier access and visibility. The system continues to validate the date for conflicts with End of Term events, relationship to commencement date, and other business rules.

Step 2: Add Assets

The Add Assets screen features an updated layout for improved readability.

Step 3: Remove/Reduce Assets (Optional)

The Remove/Reduce Assets screen includes visual enhancements for easier asset selection.

Step 4: Summary

The Summary screen features an updated card-based layout that organizes before and after details into structured sections.

The new design presents:

  • Before Modification and After Modification cards with structured field labels and grid layout
  • Warning and error messages displayed in prominent alert boxes for immediate visibility
  • Improved spacing and organization for easier comparison of changes

Tips for Success

  • Navigate freely between steps: Use the step names at the top to jump directly to any section. Your entered data is automatically saved as you move through the workflow.
  • Address validation messages promptly: The system validates your entries at each step to ensure accuracy and prevent errors before submission.
  • Verify changes in the Summary: Before completing the modification, carefully review the Summary step where all changes are highlighted for easy identification.
  • Document your modifications: Add detailed comments explaining the reason for the modification to maintain a clear audit trail.
