Bulk Import - Product Advisory

April 2026

What's new: The Bulk Import feature lets you import configuration, lease, and integration data into LeaseAccelerator using a structured file. The interface displays two dropdowns and a file upload box. Navigation steps to reach the Bulk Import workspace remain the same.

Configure Import Settings

On the Bulk Import screen, select your import group and import type using the two dropdowns, then upload your file.

Import Group

In the first dropdown, select an import category. Available options are:

  • Configuration
  • Lease
  • Integration

Import Name

In the second dropdown, select an import type. Available options are based on the import group you selected:

  • Configuration: Company, Address, Person, Cost Centers, Exchange Rates, Lessee Rates
  • Lease: Portfolio, Asset Import, Participant, Invoice Related Expenses, Paid Related Expenses, Payment Adjustment, Modify Deal, Record Asset Event, Balance Adjustment, Event, File Import, Ledger Reassignment, Renumber Schedule
  • Integration: Disbursement, Capture Document Id

File Upload

Below the dropdowns, use the file upload box to select your import file. You should:

  • Click Choose File to browse and select a file
  • Drag and drop the file directly into the upload box.

After you select a file, the filename appears in the upload box. Helper text below the box displays import requirements specific to the selected import type.

Validate

Click Validate, located below the file upload section on the right. The system validates your file and displays the results in the table below the upload section.

Note: Warning messages that apply to the entire import appear above the dropdowns before validation runs.

Review Results

The validation results table displays your import data. Use the table to review errors and warnings before importing.

Header checkbox Selects or deselects all rows in the table.
Row checkboxes Selects individual rows for import. Disabled if errors exist on that row.

Step 4: Import

Click Import, located below the validation table on the right. The system processes your import and refreshes the table. The following updates appear:

  • Successfully imported rows display a green circle with a checkmark icon.
  • Rows that were not selected for import are removed from the table.
