What's Changed:

  • Lease modifications no longer blocked for deals with large unit prices
  • Unit price field now accommodates the full documented precision standard
  • Removes previous workarounds needed for affected deals

Benefits: Eliminates barriers to modifying high-value leases.

Document Type Validation in Bulk Participant Import

The Document Type field in Bulk Participant Import now validates entries during import to prevent invalid data.

What's New:

  • Blank or invalid Document Type entries are now rejected during import

  • Only accepts valid entries: DealSummary, LvBAnalysis, or RFP

Benefits: Prevents data errors by catching invalid participant configurations early.

Optimized RollForward Report Processing

The RollForward Reporting Engine now processes reports independently on available servers instead of queuing on a single server.

What's Changed:

  • Reports no longer queue behind other reports on the same server
  • Can run on any available server resource
  • Reduces processing wait times significantly

Benefits: Faster report generation and improved resource utilization.

Improved ARF Booking Report Processing

PRODUCT IMPROVEMENTS

Reporting Area Participant Protection

The standard Reporting Area participant can no longer be edited.

What's Improved:

  • Removed the edit option for the out-of-box Reporting Area participant
  • Prevented creation of duplicate participants breaking bulk import mapping
  • Reserved names "Reporting Area" and "Area" cannot be used for new custom participants

Previously, edit option was available but editing created duplicates, breaking bulk import mappings for affected clients.

Fixed Deal Search Date Range

The Lineos Report Assist deal search now correctly includes deals matching the last day of a date range.

What's Changed:

  • Deals starting on the last day of the search range are now included in results
  • Search query boundary changed to include deals on the end date. For example, searching January 1 to March 31 now includes deals started on March 314.

Previously, deals starting on the last day of the range were excluded from results.

Capture Document ID Import Reconciliation

The Capture Document ID import now correctly matches payment references and updates posting status.

What's Improved:

  • Payment references now matched correctly during import
  • Posting status updates as expected
  • Eliminates duplicate reconciliation entries

Previously, some payment references were not matched correctly, causing duplicate entries and unresolved posting status.

Prevented Duplicate Schedule Numbers in Renumber Import

The Renumber Schedule import now detects and prevents duplicate schedule number creation.

What's Changed:

  • Import now catches attempts to rename schedules to existing numbers (regardless of letter case)
  • Shows a clear duplicate schedule number error instead of silently creating duplicates. Schedules like "RG100" and "rg100" are now treated as duplicates.
  • Protects data integrity in bulk schedule operations

Previously, schedules differing only in case could be created as separate schedules without triggering an error.
