Landing Dashboard
This guide covers navigation, panel descriptions, parameter configuration, and drill-through functionality for the Landing Dashboard.
The Landing Dashboard provides a real-time, consolidated view of your lease portfolio. Accessible directly from the Home screen, it displays seven analytical panels covering lease status, classification, financial balances, expenses, and end-of-term activity. Many panels support interactive drill-through reporting to allow deeper analysis without leaving the dashboard.
With the initial release of the new functionality, non-classified schedules will not be included in the resulting data. An update to include non-classified schedules (for applicable panels) is scheduled for a future release.
Note: The Landing Dashboard has been transitioned to the v2 reporting platform. As a result, all drill-through reports include the same export options available in other v2 reports.
Getting Started
Accessing the Dashboard
From the Home screen, the Landing Dashboard loads automatically, displaying all panels based on your current parameter selections. The dashboard defaults to the same ledger settings used with the Deal Summary screen.
Dashboard Parameters
Three parameters at the top of the dashboard control the data displayed across all panels.
After making selections, click Submit to refresh all panels.
Parameter |
Options |
Behavior |
|---|---|---|
Ledger |

Leaving Ledger blank will result in blank accounting-related panels. The Lease Status panel will still populate. |
Business Unit |
Drop-down list of configured BUs; defaults to All |
Filters all panels to the selected BU. Only one selection permitted. Not dynamically filtered by Ledger selection. |
Entity |
Drop-down list of configured entities; defaults to All |

Note:
- Business Unit and Entity drop-down options are not dynamically filtered based on the Ledger selection. All configured values are always available for selection.
- The Ledger, Business Unit, and Entity dropdowns do not support in-dropdown search in this release. To locate a value, scroll through the list. This will be addressed in a future release.

NBV of ROU (Top Box)
Shows the net book value of Right-of-Use assets as of the current fiscal month-end, sourced from the Account Balance Trend report filtered on Report Section = Assets.
Drill-through surfaces the Account Balance Trend report with:
- Starting and Ending Fiscal Period set to the current fiscal month-end
- Ledger set to the selected ledger
- Reporting Period defaulted to Monthly
- Report Section filtered to Assets
The drill-through report header reads: Account Balance Trend – NBV of ROU
NBV of Liabilities (Middle Box)
Shows the net book value of lease liabilities as of the current fiscal month-end, sourced from the Account Balance Trend report filtered on Report Section = Liabilities.
Drill-through surfaces the Account Balance Trend report with:
- Starting and Ending Fiscal Period set to the current fiscal month-end

- MTD is sourced from the Account Activity Trend report filtered on Report Section = Expenses.
Both drill-through reports use the current fiscal month-end as the Starting and Ending Fiscal Period and default Reporting Period to Monthly. A date/timestamp appears beneath each report title.
Total Expense vs. Evergreen Expense
Displays two expense figures to help assess the proportion of monthly lease rental expense attributable to evergreen schedules. All values are shown in reporting currency.
Monthly Lease Rental Expense (Top Box)
Shows the current month’s total lease rental expense, sourced from the Account Activity Trend report. The value represents the sum of Lease Rental Expense and Lease Rental Expense–CapOp Depreciation for the current fiscal month-end.
Spent Monthly Towards Evergreen (Bottom Box)
Shows the portion of monthly lease rental expense attributable to schedules currently in evergreen status, along with a calculated percentage.
Percentage formula:
- Spent Monthly Towards Evergreen ÷ Monthly Lease Rental Expense × 100
- Displayed as a percentage with two decimal places

End-of-Term within 6 Months
Displays a bar graph showing the number of lease schedules whose Effective End Date falls within each of the next six calendar months. Evergreen status deals are excluded from all totals. Dates are based on calendar months, not fiscal months.

Month-over-Month (MoM) – Default View
Compares account activity for the two most recent fiscal month-end dates. The grid includes a delta and % Change column.
Source: Account Activity Trend report filtered on Report Section = Income Statement.

Exporting the Balance Sheet & Income Statement Analytics
While other panel drill-through reports are individually exported, the Balance Sheet & Income Statement grids are exported as a set by utilizing the standard export icon in the menu bar. As such, the date and timestamp will not appear in the exported version of the grids.
In addition, formatting retains shape more accurately when selecting the Report Format option while exporting to Excel.
