New Features & Enhancements

Natural Language Search Powered by Lineos

Users can now search for deals, people, and companies using plain-language questions in the Lineos AI panel's Report Assist tab. Instead of navigating menus or knowing exact field names, users type conversational queries such as "Show me active deals for ABC Corp" or "Find John Smith."

The Report Assist tab in LeaseAccelerator now supports natural language search for deals, people, and companies, reducing the time and effort required to locate information across the platform.

How it works:

  • Users type a plain-language question in the Report Assist tab
  • Results always appear in a new popup window separate from the chat, regardless of how many records match
  • Users can click the Pin Results button to keep the popup accessible
  • The search maintains conversational context, so users can refine results with follow-up prompts without starting over
  • If the chat is cleared or Lineos is closed, the pinned results window remains visible but will not update. This behavior is consistent with how pinned results work in Advanced Search

Note: Lineos AI must be enabled for your organization. Contact your administrator or Customer Success Manager for setup.

User Admin v2 Report

The BYOR User Admin report has been converted to a newer platform and is now available as User Admin v2.

What's New:

  • The new version is located with the original version within the Reporting-Administrative tiles
  • Updated to align with the standard v2 report format and appearance
  • Reports are non-editable to ensure consistency
  • More expansive export capabilities than the original report

REM-LAM Status Reconciliation Report Enhancements

The REM-LAM Status Reconciliation Report now filters to return only REM-originated contracts, ensuring the report reflects the correct system of record. Four lease date columns have also been added to support reconciliation workflows where contract dates are normalized differently across systems.

  • Lease Start Date (REM)
  • Lease End Date (REM)
  • Lease Start Date (LAM)
  • Lease End Date (LAM)

REM users can now rely on the report to show only their contracts, and can use the new lease date columns to align periods between REM and LAM.

Lease Lifecycle Parameter Origination Option Complete

The additional work required for the Origination option (which includes Incomplete and Pending Approval statuses) of the Lease Lifecycle parameter is now complete. Incomplete and Pending Approval are statuses used with the Separation of Duties (SoD) feature.

IBR Added to Operational Payment Business View

IBR has been added to the Operational Payment Business View within the Design Studio. This data point was inadvertently left out during the initial release of the Operational Payment Report.

Popup Dialog Visual Upgrade

Popup dialog windows in LeaseAccelerator have been updated. Popup dialogs now display with updated borders, text styling, and loading animation across the application. Button labels and all functionality remain unchanged.

Security Remediations

This release includes multiple security remediations addressing findings from penetration testing and automated vulnerability scanning. Fixes include cross-site scripting (XSS) protections, dependency upgrades, and script integrity controls on login pages.

No changes to user-facing screens or workflows.

Backend Performance Improvements

This release includes backend performance improvements to the database and reporting layers. Report status processing has been optimized to reduce database load, and stability improvements have been made to stored procedure execution, task engine operations, and SQL query processing. These changes improve overall system responsiveness and stability.

No changes to user-facing screens or workflows.

Product Improvements

Ledger Export and Functional Ledger Export - Include Adjusting Entries Parameter

The Include Adjusting Entries parameter on the Ledger Export and Functional Ledger Export now properly includes or excludes the requested adjusting entries for customers whose fiscal year differs from the gregorian year of the AsAt date. Previously, the parameter did not work correctly for configurations where a date like 07/31/2024 is actually fiscal 2025 as opposed to fiscal 2024.

Deal Analysis Report - IBR Consistency

The Deal Analysis Report (DAR) Overview tab now displays the Incremental Borrowing Rate (IBR) consistent with the calculations used throughout the rest of the report. Previously, if a user updated the IBR on the Deal Summary screen after the original takedown, the Overview tab would reflect the updated value while the rest of the DAR continued calculating based on the original takedown IBR, creating a mismatch. The Overview tab now sources its IBR from the same original takedown value used by the report's calculations, ensuring consistency across the entire DAR.

Note: No new remeasurement inflection event type has been introduced for these types of IBR changes.

Rollback Booked Deal - Adjusting Entry Creation

The full rollback of a booked deal schedule (defunct status) now correctly generates the associated adjusting entries upon completion. Previously, a bug introduced in the 26.2 release caused adjusting entries to not be created, despite the rollback appearing to complete successfully in the UI. This was isolated to full schedule rollbacks and did not affect rollbacks of modifications, end-of-term events, or payment adjustments.

Post-processing will be conducted for schedules rolled back since the 26.2 release on March 15, 2026. Adjusting entries will be posted in the first current open fiscal month.
