New Features & Enhancements

Modernized Table Design with Status Indicators

Tables across the application feature updated design elements, including refined colors, typography, spacing, borders, and header treatments that align with the insightsoftware design system.

What's New:

System Operations Console tables now display visual status indicators:

• Initial (yellow)
• Claimed (blue)
• Completed (green) - Successfully finished

  

• Completed with Warning (peach) - Finished with minor issues

  

• Completed with Error (orange) - Finished with errors

  

• Completed X/Failed X (orange) - Mixed results
  OR Failed (pink) - Operations that did not complete

  

• Cancelled (purple) - User-terminated operations

  

Benefit: Provides a modern, consistent look and feel across all tables in the application, improving readability and usability.

Simplified Document Upload for Marketplace Lessors

The document type dropdown for Marketplace Lessor users now displays only User-Attached-Document as an option.

Benefit: Simplifies document upload for Marketplace Lessors while maintaining full functionality for LA Staff.

Improved Related Rental Amount Calculation on EOT Activity Report

The Related Rental Amount on the EOT Activity report now accurately reflects the payment amount associated with affected asset(s). Previously, this value was not updating correctly for remaining assets when a new payment was recorded with an EOT event.

Product Improvements

BU Asset Report Ledger Filtering

The BU Asset Report now correctly excludes schedules not booked to any ledger when a ledger parameter is selected. Previously, these unbooked schedules incorrectly appeared in the report results.

EOT Mailback Import Validation

EOT Mailback imports with validation errors now properly reject the import and send email notifications with validation details in the EOTResponseReport attachment. Previously, invalid EOT events could be recorded despite validation errors, such as when attempting to record events on modified deals.

RFP Withdrawal Process

RFP withdrawals now correctly remove all RFP-related tasks from lessor queues and send withdrawal notifications to funders.

Impact: Lessors can no longer access withdrawn RFPs and receive proper notification of withdrawals.

User Name Formatting

The system now automatically removes all spaces from user names during creation and updates across all entry points, including UI (Access Control and User Settings > Profile), CIW People Import, and ImportPeople API. Previously, spaces in user names could cause authentication failures. SSO client user names remain unaffected.

26.1 Follow-Up Fixes

Exclude Deal Tags Filter

The "Exclude Deal Tags" parameter now filters correctly in all scenarios. Previously, in release 26.1, the parameter failed to filter properly when a single tag was selected for schedules with multiple tags, or when multiple tags were selected. All reports using this parameter were affected.

GL Segment Parameter for Account Code

GL Segment parameters now correctly generate Ledger Export reports when the targeted segment represents the Account Code. Previously, in release 26.1, this scenario resulted in blank report output.
