Deal Schedule Copy Feature and Enhanced Tooltip

What was broken: Users couldn't easily copy deal schedule numbers and the Deal Info Tooltip was missing key deal information.

What was fixed: Added copy button next to schedule numbers and enhanced tooltip with Deal Status, Original Lease End Date, Available for Use Date, and Repayment Mode.

User steps:

  1. Click the copy icon next to schedule numbers to copy to clipboard.
  2. Hover over info icon to see expanded deal details.

IBR Data Option Added to Account Balance and Activity Business Views

IBR has now been added as a data option to the Account Balance and Account Activity Business Views:

  • BVAccountBalance - Accessible via the Interactive mode in the Account Balance Trend template report.
  • BVAccountActivity - Accessible via the Interactive mode in the Account Activity Trend template report.

IBR can also be added to previously saved customized versions of both reports:

  • After generating the report, enter the Interactive Mode.
  • Locate the IBR data element and drag into position.
  • 'Save As' the edited report with either a new name or same name.

Direct Bulk Import Access in New Navigation

What's New: Enhanced the new left navigation bar with a dedicated "Bulk Import" link, providing direct access to bulk import functionality without navigating through Enter Deals.

User Benefit: Users can now quickly access data import capabilities through a prominently placed navigation link in the updated navbar, improving workflow efficiency for frequent data import tasks.

Key Details:

  • New Bulk Import link appears in main navigation with upload icon.
  • Includes hover tooltip for clarity.
  • Clicking navigates directly to the Bulk Import screen with Enter Deals secondary panel visible.
  • Proper role-based access controls maintained (restricted users won't see the link).

Note: Navigation highlight returns to Enter Schedule after use.

Customer Impact: Addresses user feedback regarding difficulty finding bulk import functionality in the new navigation structure deployed in the previous release.

Design Studio & v2 Reports: Functionality Changes

This release includes updates to the underlying tool used for v2 report and the Design Studio. The following functionality changes are now in effect:

  • Default export format updated: Excel exports now use Excel 97-2003 (.xls) format by default instead of the previous .xlsx format.
  • Pagination changes: When navigating to the final page of a report, the pagination menu shows "Page xxx" instead of "Page xxx of xxx" when both page numbers are identical.
  • Filter option renamed: The 'Query Filter' option has been renamed to 'Edit Dataset Filter'.
  • Interactive Mode enhancement: When entering Interactive Mode, users must click the new Resource View icon to display the business view listing.

Expanded Payables Export Report

Enhancement: Added three new columns available for the Payables Export report: Fiscal Year, Fiscal Month, and Fiscal Period. These columns can be configured to appear in customer reports upon request across all export formats (XLSX, CSV, XML).

User Action Required: Contact support to request these columns be added to your Payables Export report configuration.

What was fixed: Non-staff users can now view and act on RFP proposals when assigned to review them.

  • Enables customer self-service RFP management with LAS Staff maintaining final oversight and quality control.
  • Marketplace users maintain existing access.

Report Retirements

The two reports listed below will be retired with the 25.3.1 release. The newer 'v2' version should be utilized:

  • Contact Change Management
  • Scope of Access - Change Report

Important: Scheduled reports based on the original version should be rescheduled using the v2 report(s).

Related Deal Search Functionality

Issue: In the "Find Eligible Deals" dialog for Related Deals, searching by exact schedule number returned no results. Users could only get results by entering "*" to see all deals.

Fix: Exact schedule number searches now work correctly. Users can search by exact schedule number (for example, "LEASE001") or continue using wildcards (for example, "LEASE*") as before.

Real Estate Manager Deal Rejection Guardrails

Implemented UI guardrails to prevent re-booking of rejected Real Estate Manager (REM) deals, ensuring process consistency and preventing sync issues. These guardrails apply to deals that originated from Real Estate Manager and have been rejected with incomplete status.

New Message Verbiage and Locations:

  • Primary Rejection Message: "This lease originated from Real Estate Manager and was rejected. All changes must be made in REM, then the lease must be re-synced."

  • Displayed On:

    • Deal History page (only shows on rejection)
    • Deal Summary page (only shows on rejection)
    • Asset Management page (only shows on rejection)
    • Book Deal screen (when accessed via to-dos)

Disabled/Hidden Interface Elements:

  • Deal History Page:

    • Hidden: "Book Deal" option (no longer appears in Event to Record menu)
    • Hidden: "Recalculate" option (no longer appears in Event to Record menu)
    • Disabled: "Book Deal" button (appears as text)
  • Deal Summary Page:

    • Disabled: "Recalculate Accounting" button is disabled
  • Book Deal Screen:

    • Hidden: "Book" button (when accessed via Book Deal to-do links on the home page)

Important:

  • REM deals in Incomplete status that have not been rejected display normal REM messaging and functionality.
  • Original REM resync process continues to work - guardrails are automatically removed after successful resync and normal REM messaging and functionality returns.

Complete User Access Visibility in Reports

Issue: Scope of Access Change Report showed "Unlimited Scope" instead of actual company names when users had access to more than 100 companies.

Fix: Report now displays complete company lists for all users regardless of the number of companies. Historical entries will continue to show "Unlimited Scope" while new entries show full company details.

Asset-Level Effective End Date Reporting Correction

Effective End Date Update: The asset-level Effective End Date has been updated on reports so that the furthest scheduled end date will now appear. Previously, future dated fixed-term renewals would not reflect associated future effective end dates until the effective start date was prior to the AsAt date of the report.

Affected Reports:

  • BU Asset Report
  • BYOR Portfolio (ASSET_INFO layer)
  • Asset Management export

Real Estate Manager Comment Filtering in Deal Summary

What was broken: User comments from REM lease variations were incorrectly appearing in Deal Summary Modification Events.

What was fixed: System now filters out user comments from Deal Summary events, showing only system-generated modification data.
