Inability to Approve or Reject Manually Enqueued Approval To-Dos - Support Advisory

Issue

Users are unable to approve or reject Approval To-Dos when landing on the Deal History workspace for a lease. An Approve To-Do is generated for the Next Steps, but users cannot take action on it.

When could the issue manifest?

The issue could manifest when a user manually adds a To-Do for any Approve Event.

How does the issue manifest?

Regardless of whether an Approve/Reject workflow is enabled in the Segregation of Duties workspace or with client-specific code, users are unable to Approve or Reject a manually added To-Do when selecting any Approve Event from the Deal History Next Steps Event Type. The manually added To-Do lacks the necessary information for events in a workflow.
