Blank Segments on Modification After It Has Been Rolled Back - Support Advisory

Issue

When a modification is rolled back, it may result in blank segments and “gl-coding-not provided” instead of the natural account code for certain accounts in the Ledger Export report and BI accounting reports, such as the trial balance.

When a modification is rolled back or when it is rolled back and re-recorded.

How does the issue manifest?

Blank segments and “gl-coding-not provided” instead of the natural account code for certain accounts, particularly Operating expense, Lease rental expense and Gain (Loss) on modification, seen in the Ledger Export report and BI accounting reports, such as the Portfolio Trial Balance.

Recommended Solution

Currently there is not workaround within the application. One would need to identify the lines impacted on the Ledger Export report and the impacted reports and replace the blank or erroneous codes with the right information.
