Issue

Bulk Participant Updates from Real Estate Manager to Lease Accounting Manager do not generate reallocation entries if the participant is part of the configured ledger string due to a missing accounting refresh.

When could the issue manifest?

The issue can manifest when Real Estate Manager users update a participant that is part of the ledger configuration in Lease Accounting Manager.

How does the issue manifest?

The issue manifests when a user completes a participant change via the bulk participants update in Real Estate Manager and synchronizes with Lease Accounting Manager. After the sync, the participant change is visible in the Lease Accounting Manager UI, however, if the participant is part of the ledger segment configuration, you will not see the reallocation entries in the Ledger Export Report and other associated accounting reports.

Recommended Solution

To resolve this issue, a user in Lease Accounting Manager should recalculate the deal using the Recalculate Accounting button on the Summary tile within the Deal Summary workspace of the affected deal. Alternatively, users may utilize the Bulk Event Import selecting the Recalculate event type.
