Asset Tag and Reference Number do not Carry Over to the Modification - Support Advisory

Issue

When a lease with a Reference Number or Asset Tag goes through a modification, the Reference Number and Asset Tag do not transfer over to the modification.

When could the issue manifest?

The issue manifests whenever a modification is recorded on a lease with a Reference Number or Asset Tag listed in the Asset Management workspace.

How does the issue manifest?

The issue manifests in the Asset Management workspace of the modified lease where the Reference Number or Asset Tag from the original deal is not populated.

Recommended Solution

After modifying a lease with a Reference Number or Asset Tag, which includes booking and classification steps, navigate to the Asset Management workspace to add the Reference Number or Asset Tag to the Operational Attributes section. Click save.
