Redesigned Features: Left NavBar & Search - Product Advisory

With this release, the left navigation bar has undergone a significant transformation to align with our brand identity with insightsoftware. This change marks a major milestone in the comprehensive redesign of the LeaseAccelerator user interface. Users will notice modern styling, newly added sections, and a complete rearrangement of the links.
Navigation & Links
Upon landing on the Home page for LeaseAccelerator users will notice that the left navigation bar (NavBar) is initially presented as collapsed with a green background and white icons.
The icons are arranged in the same order as previously presented. Hovering over the icons reveals tooltips with link names.
The NavBar can be expanded by clicking on the right facing arrow just above the Home icon to show the primary panel.
Primary Navigation Panel
The primary navigation panel contains the main areas for LeaseAccelerator.
- Home
- Reporting
- Performance management
- Enter Deals
- Accounting Administration
- System Administration
Clicking on the Home, Reporting, and Performance management links will take users to that workspace.
Secondary Navigation Panel
Clicking on the Enter Deals, Accounting Administration, and System Administration links will expand the secondary navigation panel and collapse the primary panel.
Enter Deals, indicated by the folder with the down arrow icon , contains the following links and clicking on these links will take users to the selected workspace.
- Lease vs. Buy
- Enter RFP
- Enter Schedule
- Bulk Import
Accounting Administration indicated by the silhouette and case icon , contains the following links and clicking on these links will take users to the selected workspace.
- Configuration Settings
- Month-End Closing – the Last closed period appears when the secondary panel is visible above the version number.
- Policy Elections
System Administration, indicated by the silhouette and gear icon , contains the following links and clicking on these links will take users to the selected workspace.
- Access Control
- Contact Management – moved from Enter Deals
- Segregation of Duties
- System Operations Console
- Reload Config Data
- Index Database
Deal Context Panel
This panel is visible when users are within a deal’s context. The deal context panel contains the same information as it did before, including the Deal Info Tooltip.
Schedule number/name, Deal History link, Documents flyout, Deal Summary link, Asset Management link, Schedule link, and the Record Event menu.
The Record Event menu now expands downwards, instead of to the right, when clicking on the arrow. The same links appear underneath the event label.
In addition, there is a double ended arrow icon which will make the deal context panel wider, if needed.
Help and User Information
Help
The Help link is at the bottom of the navigation bar. Clicking on this link opens the Ask Alex menu, where users are able to access a link to the new insightsoftware Central Portal and the same robust content that Alex offers to help users learn about LeaseAccelerator.
User Information
Underneath the Help icon is the user icon with the logged in user’s initials . Clicking on this opens another small panel with the user’s name, company, User settings, and Log Out

User Settings opens the secondary panel, and this contains the following links and clicking on these links will take users to the selected workspace.
