Global Notification Settings - Product Advisory

Introduction

LeaseAccelerator provides the ability to configure Global Notifications in the Settings workspace of the LeaseAccelerator application. Global Notifications settings are intended to apply to all leases in a portfolio (i.e., to be the default notifications setting). Global Notifications settings cannot be imported via the Customer Information Workbook (CIW) or the Portfolio Intake Workbook (PIW).

Customers are strongly encouraged to configure Global Notifications settings BEFORE importing or entering their portfolio of leases into the LeaseAccelerator application.

When Global Notifications are configured in the Settings workspace and there are existing leases in the application, the new Global Notifications configuration will NOT apply to the existing leases.

The new Global Notifications configuration will apply ONLY to leases entered or imported AFTER the Global Notifications have been configured in the LeaseAccelerator application.

Deal Specific Notifications

Customers may still configure deal specific notifications after a lease/deal is booked, via the Deal Summary/Notifications tile in the LeaseAccelerator application. Additionally, customers may import Deal Specific Notifications via the Notifications tab of the PIW.
