Password Requirements

All of the following password requirements apply for user accounts created in LeaseAccelerator that are not SSO:

• At least 8 characters long
• At least one lowercase character
• At least one uppercase character
• At least one digit
• May not contain the name or common, 3-letter abbreviation of a month or weekday
• May not contain the username
• May not match any word found in the dictionary
• Accounts are locked after five (5) consecutive failed login attempts.
• May not match any of the 7 previous passwords

Note: These password requirements apply only to user accounts that are not accessed via Single- Sign On (SSO). For any user accounts accessed via SSO, the customer’s system acts as the identity provider with responsibility for authentication. The customer’s password requirements apply.
